Miner Photography holds sole title and ownership of their images and galleries, as well as all rights now and in the future will reamin within this studio. Miner Photography grants clients non-exclusive personal use of images and galleries. Clients are to strictly use photos for personal use in ways such as to display on personal websites and computers, and/or making image prints. Clients may not resell, rebrand, re-edit, or redistribute without written permission from Miner Photography. Clients may not use images and galleries in a obscene, libelous, pornographic or illegal manner. Clients may not use images or galleries in such a way that [they] collect money or recieve payments in any way. Miner Photography retains all rights to images and galleries for which it brands. Please do not steal.
