Due to the nature of digital photography, Miner Photography holds the rights to express their terms and conditions of all services offered and the following terms and conditions apply to all sesions booked with Miner Photography. 

A $20 non-refundable retainer fee is due at the time of booking to secure and hold your appointment date and time. This fee will be used toward your session cost. The balance is due at the time of your session. 

All gift certificates, coupons, etc. are due at the time of booking your session.

Clients are required to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session time. This allows time for all the last minute details both client and photographer need to attend to before their session begins. Promtness is key to ensuring that each client recieves their full session time and experience with Miner Photography. 

There is a minimum puchase of $50 for all image purchases. Half order fee is due when placing the order. Remainder due at time of order pick up. 

Method of payment cash or check only. If paying by check please note there will be a $35.00 return check fee for all insufficient checks. 

Payment plans are available, must be previosuly discussed. 

Miner Photography holds the right to use and distribute any and all client images and galleries as needed for any promotional purposes.  

Miner Photography will travel to any location within 20 minutes of Montrose, PA. Any location outside of these limits is subject to an additional charge of $0.25/mile. Miner Photography is not responsible for any costs/fees associated with the client chosen location. 

Clients are responsible for giving 24 hours notice to reschedule their session due to any life event in which keeps the client from keeping their scheduled session with Miner Photography. In light that the client completlely cancels their session, the session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. Please note, the weather is uncontrollable and therefore a raindate will be made upon scheduling your inital session.

Miner Photography reserves the right to cancel or rescheulde any session due to circumstances beyond their control. 

Once your session is online, it will remain online for 6 (six) months after which it will be removed and a $20 fee we be charged to reopen.

Miner Photography is not responsible for loss or damage to any digital files due to circumstances beyond their control.
